We accept payments by bank transfer. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense
Cancellation by the ESVSIf the ESVS Annual Meeting is cancelled due to force majeure, ESVS will make every effort to refund as much of the registration fee as possible, taking into account non-recoverable organisational costs including but not limited to administrative fee.
Force Majeure Definition
If the ESVS Annual Meeting cannot take place in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ESVS, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
- Public health emergencies, pandemics, or epidemics
- War, acts of terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
- Government-imposed travel restrictions, lockdowns, or venue closures
- Strikes or labor disputes affecting essential services
- Adverse weather conditions that make the event unfeasible
The ESVS reserves the right to cancel its Annual Meeting. In such a case, ESVS will inform attendees immediately. ESVS shall not be held liable for any costs or damages incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other indirect expenses. No Further Claims Apart from the reimbursement of registration fees as outlined above, participants shall not be entitled to any further claims or compensation due to the cancellation, modification, or postponement of the event.
Modification of Programme & Format
ESVS reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, or programme of the Annual Meeting as necessary. A change in format does not entitle participants to a refund.
Liability Disclaimer
ESVS takes all reasonable care in making arrangements for the Annual Meeting but shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, property damage, or other losses sustained by participants due to circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy Policy
General Information
You give consent to Congress by design (the ”Processor”) to collect, process and store data on behalf of ESVS, only for the preparation and execution of the ESVS 40th Annual Meeting 2026, scheduled from 6-9 October 2026 in Belgrade, Serbia. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law. You may at any time request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address: sponsorsesvs@congressbydesign.com.
Participants are allowed to take pictures during ESVS 2026 for their personal use only. Any reproduction or commercial use of pictures taken during the conference is strongly prohibited. If a speaker does not want any pictures of their presentation to be taken, this information must be included on the first slides of his presentation. In such case, the participants and delegates are not allowed to take any pictures.
Any recording, interviewing, filming and exhibition without written approval from the ESVS is prohibited.
